Anesthesia & Perioperative Medicine provides anesthesia, perioperative and pain management services to our patients. Several members of the anesthesia team at MUSC specialize in pediatric anesthesia. In addition, the anesthesiologists are involved in many diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and perform preoperative screening and assessments.
