For urgent questions after hours - contact the MUSC paging operator at (843) 792-2123 and ask for the person on call for pediatric pulmonology to be paged.

General Guidelines:

• Please give us 24 hours notice to call in any refills. Realize that we do not refill maintenance medications over the weekend or evenings, so please double check that you have enough during the week.
• If you need any letters written for school, Family Medical Leave Act paperwork, or medical records, we ask that you give us one week notice.
• We do our best to answer all calls the same day, but if you have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please call back.
• If you are e-mailing one of us, please be aware that many of our e-mail accounts do not allow us to leave an away message stating that we are out of town, so if you have not heard back from an e-mail, please contact the main pulmonary office at (843) 876-1555 for assistance.
