MUSC Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program

Pediatric Emergency Department | MUSC Pediatric Emergency Department Faculty


The Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM), accredited through the American Board of Pediatrics and ACGME, is a three year, specialized training program designed to provide and refine knowledge and skills regarding the care of acutely ill and injured children. Candidates must complete a three-year residency in General Pediatrics to be eligible. All interested Pediatric residents are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

MUSC's Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) fellowship was initiated in 2009 and currently accepts one fellow per training year. MUSC participates in the NRMP Match. The deadline for completed applications is September 30th and is conducted through ERAS.
