You can order your plate by going directly to your local DMV field office or download the order form (MV-95), complete it and send the form to the DMV with a check for $50 (in addition to the regular $24 registration fee). Proceeds from the sale of each license plate will benefit the MUSC Children's Hospital so be sure to order yours today. A special thank you to Children's Hospital volunteer, John Brisini and the Children's Hospital Volunteer Advisory Committee for their efforts in making the MUSC Children's Hospital license plate a reality.
