Local Toy Store Bringing Joy to Ill Kids this Season

Charleston, SC - We're one week from Christmas and Wonder Works, a local toy store, is doing all that they can to help out patients at MUSC's Children's Hospital.

"We're collecting toys we're trying to do a massive toy drive the week of Christmas and also the week after Christmas so if there are toys that folks aren't really loving, they can end up donating them," Wonder Works Owner, Christine Osborne said.

Those toys will go to MUSC's happy wheels program.

Each Thursday, volunteers push a cart of toys around the children's hospital. It's goal is to "wheel" happiness and joy to each child at the hospital weekly.

If you would like to help out, you can drop off toys at any Wonder Works location in the Lowcountry.
