 March of Dimes, March for Babies (April 26)
MUSC Children's Hospital is a proud sponsor of this year's March of Dimes, March for Babies walk. This event will be held on Saturday, April 26 at 9 a.m. at Cannon Park in Downtown Charleston. The walk is 5 miles and a great event for the entire family. For more information call the March of Dimes Lowcountry Division at (843) 571-1776.

Banana Open Jr. Challenge Tennis Tournament (May 2-4)
Play, sponsor, or volunteer - come be 'one of the bunch' at the 2nd Annual Banana Open Junior
Challenge at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, May 2-4, in Hilton Head. This tournament is open to
children of all ages and a playing levels. Proceeds benefit the MUSC Darby Children's Research
Institute. Events include a kickoff dinner on Friday night, parent-child Round Robin,
silent auction, and a weekend of fantastic tennis. Contact Jackie at

Baseball For the Kids (May 19)
Come out and cheer on the Charleston Riverdogs on Monday , May 19, 2008 and help raise money for the Children's Miracle Network and MUSC Children's Hospital. The Children's Miracle Network was selected for three different Dogs for A Cause nights at Joe Riley Park this summer and proceeds from ticket sales and Children's Miracle Network merchandise sold throughout the ballpark on those specific nights will come directly to the MUSC Children's Hospital Fund. Purchase tickets from Steve Bowers at (843) 323-1821 and $3 will be donated to MUSC Children's Hospital Fund. Ticket prices are $7 and $6 and the game starts at 7:05 pm. Bring the whole family out to support not only the Charleston Riverdogs but the children of the lowcountry.

25th Annual Children's Miracle Network Broadcast (May 31)
The 25th Annual Children's Miracle Network Broadcast Celebration to benefit MUSC Children's Hospital will air live on Saturday, May 31 from 8 am - 6 pm, on WCSC-TV5. Debi Chard and Bill Sharpe, local news anchors for WCSC-TV5, will host the celebration.
