Ambulance, helicopter or airplane transport is available 24 hours a day. To arrange transportation, call MEDUCARE at the numbers listed below. MEDUCARE can help you determine which mode of transportation and which team is most appropriate for your patient. MEDUCARE always contacts the referring facility to get transport information, and promptly notifies the MUSC Children's Hospital physician about transportation arrangements and estimated time of arrival.
